Cardi B has filed for divorce from Migos rapper Offset after just 3 years of marriage, amid claims he cheated throughout their entire relationship.
The βBodak Yellowβ raptress filed documents in Superior Court, Fulton County, Georgia on Tuesday (Sept. 15) under their real names, Belcalis Almanzar and Kiari , as part of a divorce petition.
Cardi is seeking primary physical custody as well as legal custody of their 2-year-old daughter, Kulture. She also wants Offset to pay child support — unclear how much though at this point. No word on spousal support either, for now at least.

The couple does not have a prenup. Cardi’s divorce filing comes just days shy of what would have been their third wedding anniversary.
Offset’s infidelity appears to have been the breaking point as a source told People.
βOffset has pretty much cheated the entire time but Cardi looked the other way because of the baby. She also didn’t want to be embarrassed. But she’s had enough.’

The court documents state that ‘there are no prospects for a reconciliation’ and that the relationship is ‘irretrievably broken.’
However, the documents add that Cardi hopes the divorce ‘will be settled by agreement of the parties’, according to E! News.
Cardi B. and Offset met and an industry event in 2016. Offset aggressively pursued Cardi B and the lovebirds were later married in September 2017. In late 2017, however, Offset was hit with two major cheating scandals.
