Logic has revealed that he made an album full of unreleased beats from the late J Dilla.
In a recent YouTube livestream, the rapper briefly explained that the release of the project remains to be seen and that he’s more excited to listen to Boldy Jamesā effort over unreleased Dilla beats.
āI did a whole J Dilla album, but thatās another story for another time,ā he said. āAnd it was nothing with the estate⦠everything was fine, I was like, āIām straight.ā Like, I recorded this whole J Dilla album with all unreleased beats and shit, and I was like, āIām OK.ā Iād rather see Boldy [James] do it, heās gonna f*cking kill it. The fact that I could even rap on it was really good. And who knows, maybe itāll see the light of day one day. Weāll see.ā
