Apparently, Dark Man X has not been watching the throne much of late.

In a recent interview with XXL Magazine, the bad boy rapper revealed that he had not heard of Jay-Z and Kanye West’s platinum-selling drop, Watch The Throne.

When asked his opinion on the album, X claimed not to know what the interviewer was talking about.

Watch The Throne dropped last year, and was one of the most successful rap albums of the year. A total of 7 singles were spawned from the drop, including Otis, N*ggas in Paris, Gotta Have It and No Church In The Wild.

But DMX was apparently not simply unimpressed by the LP, he was completely unaware of it.

"DMX, did you listen to Watch the Throne, Jay-Z and Kanye West?" the rapper was asked by Q Deezy on Philadelphia’s Hot 107.9 radio show.

"What is that a TV show or something?" DMX asked. "What you call it? What's it called again?"

"You didn't check that out?" Q Deezy responded.

 "No, no, no," DMX answered.

This is not the first time that the Dog has shocked with his apparent disinterest in current happenings. In a bizarre interview in 2008, he claimed never to have heard of President Barack Obama, before going on to mock Obama’s name, and adding that all Presidents were "puppets".
