In this new interpretation of the beloved game series, 50 Cent is set to portray Balrog, a character with a strong legacy in the franchise. Joining him in the cast are Jason Momoa, Andrew Koji, Noah Centineo, David Dastmalchian, and Orville Peck. WWE superstars Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes are also confirmed to appear in the movie.
Balrog has previously been played by Grand L. Bush and Michael Clarke Duncan in past film adaptations of the fighting game series. This iteration sees Street Fighter helmed by Kitao Sakurai, with its release projected for sometime in 2026.
Taking on this role marks one of 50 Cent’s most significant acting projects in recent years, following his appearance in The Expendables 4 alongside Jason Statham and Sylvester Stallone in 2023.
