50 Cent’s “Sean Combs: The Reckoning” docuseries not only earned an Emmy Award but also amassed millions of streams on Netflix. Among its viewers was an unlikely one: Diddy himself.
As previously reported, former inmates from New Jersey’s Fort Dix federal prison revealed that the now-disgraced Bad Boy mogul has enjoyed several privileges behind bars. These benefits include access to a “jailbroken” tablet, enabling him to watch 50 Cent’s series about his own life on Netflix.
Word of this quickly reached 50 Cent, who didn’t miss the opportunity to tease his longtime rival. He humorously suggested that the series would soon be available for streaming across more prisons.
“Hahahahaha check out my Emmy award wing doc sean Combs the Reckoning available on Netflix coming to a prison near you,” he quipped on IG alongside a screenshot of the NBC News story. “LOL STREET FIGHTER.”
In December 2025, “The Reckoning” premiered, chronicling the ascent and downfall of Combs and delving into the historical allegations of Diddy’s sexual misconduct linked to his federal sex trafficking charges. The series garnered an Emmy for excellent picture editing in a non-fiction category.
Reports suggest that Diddy has been living comfortably in jail. According to NBC News, he’s allegedly been using a cell phone to browse Instagram while incarcerated. He has also supposedly paid fellow inmates substantial sums to handle his chores, such as tidying his room and cleaning his toilet and shower.
At 56 years old, Diddy is said to be receiving massages and enjoying Hennessy while serving time. Additionally, he has reportedly been treated to special meals, including pizza and empanadas.
