Rapper Benny The Butcher and producer Hit-Boy are reuniting for a follow up to their 2020 collaborative album entitled “Burden Of Proof”.
The Black Soprano Family founder took to social media to announce the information, sharing an image of him at the GRAMMYs and a caption that reads, “Sometimes the experience of the journey is a better feeling than reaching the destination. 2020’s “Burden Of Proof” marked Benny’s second studio album and was produced in full by Hit-Boy. The record featured guest appearances from Big Sean, Conway The Machine, Dom Kennedy, Freddie Gibbs, Lil Wayne, Queen Naija, Rick Ross and Westside Gunn, and peaked at #27 and #14 on the Billboard 200 and the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums.
Footage emerged of Benny and Hit-Boy in the studio in September 2022 so there appears to be plenty of bullets in the chamber if they choose to treat fans in 2023.
