It’s been almost 5 years since Travis Scott dropped his album “ASTROWORLD”, and the anticipation couldn’t be higher for the debut of his next release.

An exact timeframe has yet to be revealed by the Houston native, but at the NBA All-Star Weekend in Salt Lake City, he popped out a surprise guest for Sheck Wes‘ set to give the fans a little more insight on when it will be delivered.

In the middle of the set, Scott announced that his upcoming project “Utopia” will be released after several Cactus Jack members drop their projects. Sheck Wes, Don Toliver, Chase B and SoFaygo all have new bodies of work to release to the masses, so Travis’ newest record will touch down after that. It’s still unclear whether or not this will go down in 2023.

The recent performance comes a few months after Travis Scott gave fans an update about his highly-anticipated album.

After performing a sold-out back-to-back shows at the O2 Arena in London, the rapper said he will take a break not to have another hiatus, but to finish his album.

The Houston native is slowly getting back into the public scene after the Astroworld Festival tragedy that claimed the lives of many concertgoers and injured hundreds of people.
