Houston-based R&B crooner Lah Pat salutes Texas culture in his “Oversteppin” music video featuring Gold-selling rapper That Mexican OT.

Directed by Jerry Morka, the rousing visual highlights the rich elements of Houston slabs with a nod to OT’s harmonious heritage. The result is a beautiful tapestry of two rising stars steppin to the forefront of the music scene.

Lah Pat is coming off the heels of a breakout year with his viral sensation “Rodeo” gaining over 100 million streams while That Mexican OT released his critically-acclaimed album Lonestar Luchador, reaching #1 on the Billboard Heatseekers Albums chart.

Lah Pat shares, “’Oversteppin’ came about because when I first came in the industry I didn’t want to step on any toes or end up in the wrong predicament but then I realized I’m gonna say what I want and do what I want because it’s my life and ain’t nobody gonna check me! This song is letting them know that I’m here and I’m here to stay.”
