Drake is gearing up to release a solo album to follow his forthcoming collaborative LP with PARTYNEXTDOOR.
The Canadian rapper has been making some major statements during his “Anita Max Wynn (Win) Tour.” He promises his fans a solo album, and according to the entertainer, it’s a conversation they need to hear.
While speaking on the album, the 38 year old artist revealed the news to his fans.
“Eventually, when the time is right, Drizzy Drake alone by himself is gonna have to have a one-on-one talk to y’all,” he reassured the Australian crowd. “When the time is right, I’ll be back with another album — a one-on-one conversation with y’all that you need to hear.”
He doubled down on that concept as he spoke to the audience that night, declaring: “My name is Drake. I started doing music in 2008. I come all the way from Toronto, Canada. The year is now 2025, and no matter what, Drizzy Drake is very much alive, and that’s all thanks to you. I love you.”
The announcement of the as-yet-untitled album — whose release date is also not yet announced — was accompanied by shouts of approval from the crowd.
