Earl Sweatshirt has officially announced the release date for his forthcoming sixth album, “Live Laugh Love”, along with sharing its cover art and tracklist.

Taking to Instagram, the Chicago rapper unveiled a sneak preview that included the album’s release date, artwork, and a playful meme featuring NBA legend LeBron James, capturing the athlete’s expression of amused disbelief — a sentiment that might resonate with Earl’s recent life chapter.

The album title seems to reflect the joy and introspection prompted by Earl’s latest milestone: welcoming a baby girl with his wife, Aida Osman, who is a comedian and actress.

In tandem with the announcement, Osman shared a set of intimate maternity photos on her own Instagram, accompanied by a heartfelt caption: “We never made it to a studio to take maternity photos but right before I got induced Thebe suggested we do self-timer in the backyard. It’s always perfect because it’s ours! Live Laugh Love everyone.”

The album’s tracklist is notable for its lack of featured artists but highlights contributions from several producers, including Theravada, Navy Blue, Black Noi$e, Child Actor, and Earl Sweatshirt himself.

This release follows Earl’s last project, “Voir Dire”, which was produced by The Alchemist and dropped in 2023.

Here’s the tracklist for “Live Laugh Love”, which drops on August 22:

“gsw vs sac”
“FORGE”
“INFATUATION”
“Gamma (need the <3)”
“WELL DONE!”
“Live”
“Static”
“CRISCO”
“TOURMALINE”
“Heavy Metal aka ejecto seato!”
“exhaust”
