Finesse2tymes, whose real name is Ricky Hampton, is reportedly facing multiple drug-related charges following an arrest in Texas.

On Tuesday (October 21), TMZ reported that the Memphis artist was detained and booked in Harris County, Texas. He currently faces eight charges, including:

– Four counts of possessing a controlled substance
– Possession of under two ounces of marijuana
– Possession of a dangerous drug
– Possession of a prohibited substance in a correctional facility
– Tampering with or fabricating physical evidence

Details surrounding the arrest remain limited. However, TMZ noted that Finesse2tymes was released on bond the same day.

This incident marks the rapper’s second legal run-in in less than a month. Previously, he and his girlfriend, Halle Buckingham, were arrested in Smith County, Texas, on similar drug possession charges after being pulled over in Tyler, Texas, for not wearing a seatbelt.

During the traffic stop, officers reportedly detected the smell of marijuana and observed a rolled joint in the car’s ashtray. Buckingham was also seen attempting to retrieve a bag from the passenger side floorboard.

A subsequent vehicle search uncovered 0.7 ounces of marijuana, 12 oxycodone tablets, and seven methylphenidate pills. While both Finesse2tymes and Buckingham were charged with marijuana possession, Buckingham faced two additional charges for possession of a controlled substance.
