Post Malone and Hee Sung “Jamie” Park have officially concluded their months-long custody dispute.

Recent court filings, as reported by TMZ, reveal that the pair reached a resolution last week regarding custody, visitation rights, and child support for their 3-year-old daughter. Specific details of the agreement remain confidential.

Park initially filed for primary physical custody in Los Angeles Superior Court in April, concurrently seeking joint legal custody and granting Malone visitation rights while requesting him to cover her legal fees. Around the same time, Malone submitted his own custody paperwork in Utah, a state known for lower child support determinations.

In July, Park decided to drop her custody petition. Their daughter, whose name has not been disclosed publicly and is referred to as “DDP” in court documents, was born on May 26, 2022.

Malone has yet to speak about his breakup with Park publicly. Earlier this year, TMZ shared footage of the rapper having outings with Christy Lee in March. Additionally, images of Malone and Lee dining in Rome were revealed from January.

The birth of Post Malone’s daughter was first mentioned during his June 2022 appearance on The Howard Stern Show, where he surprised host Howard Stern with the announcement. The couple had welcomed their child in May of that same year.
