Young Thug has made a significant acquisition, buying a $5 million estate in Florida that’s spread over two acres.
The Atlanta rapper invested $5 million for this 6,000-square-foot residence located in Cooper City, Florida. He secured the purchase on July 8 via a trust associated with an LLC, which he runs alongside his manager, music executive Geoff Ogunlesi.
Real estate agent Alan Perez from Compass, part of the team that facilitated the sale to Young Thug, indicated that the property was initially listed at $6 million. This newly renovated estate includes 7 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, along with an 884-square-foot guest cabana featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The interiors are marked by grand double-height ceilings, elegant marble flooring, and Italian-imported solid wood doors. The expansive kitchen centers around a striking marble waterfall island, surrounded by custom wood cabinetry and the latest high-end appliances, including Sub-Zero refrigeration systems.
The property also includes a game room equipped with a professional pool table and a 200″ LED television screen. The master suite upstairs boasts his-and-hers walk-in closets and a spa-like bathroom equipped with a freestanding soaking tub, a glass-enclosed rain shower, smart toilets, and marble vanities.
The exterior of the estate features a luxurious resort-style pool and spa set amidst elegant travertine pavers. A sprawling covered piazza enhances the outdoor space, along with a 3-car garage and private equestrian grounds for housing and riding horses. For enhanced privacy and security, the estate is equipped with automated motorized gates and a comprehensive surveillance camera system.
With this new purchase, Young Thug is indulging in ultimate luxury in South Florida.
