Future takes center stage in the vibrant streets of Tokyo, yet remains haunted by the memories of a past romance in his dynamic “No Misery” video.

The visual piece, part of his Billboard 200-topping album “The Real Me”, made its debut on August 6.

Under the direction of Loris Russier, the video captures Future’s journey through Tokyo’s bustling scenes, unable to free himself from thoughts of an old flame.

Viewers see him travel across various spots in Japan’s capital, alternating between the luxury of a high-end car and the intrigue of shadowy alleyways, all while sporting signature icy chains and an Atlanta Braves cap that nods to his roots.

Meanwhile, his former lover enjoys a vibrant night out with a friend elsewhere in the city. Detached from Future’s lingering presence, she smokes, sips her drinks, and revels in fireworks with new company, leaving him merely a fading memory by night’s end.

The track sees Future employing a raspy vocal style, enhancing its depth as he candidly explores themes of indulgence and his experiences with different women. These elements mark a distinctive feature within the song.

“No Misery” follows the release of tracks such as “Konnichiwa,” “Fukk a Interview,” and “California Girls” from The Real Me. Produced by Wheezy, the song made its debut on the Billboard Hot 100 at  #54. Upon the album’s release on July 10, Future impressively charted with 17 entries across the all-genre list.
