Lil Durk is facing a fourth superseding indictment just weeks before his murder-for-hire trial begins. Federal prosecutors have updated their case against the Chicago rapper with new charges.

The latest court documents reveal that on July 31, prosecutors obtained a grand jury indictment for interstate stalking. Originally combined under one allegation, the charges have been split into two—one for tracking Quando Rondo with a dangerous weapon and another related to the death of Rondo’s cousin, Saviay’a Robinson, also known as Lul Pab.

Splitting these charges addresses potential legal complexities from combining them under a single count.

With this adjustment, Durk is now charged with one count of interstate stalking involving a dangerous weapon and another for interstate stalking leading to Robinson’s death. The other charges still stand, including murder in aid of racketeering, conspiracy to commit interstate stalking, conspiracy to commit murder-for-hire, using interstate facilities for murder-for-hire resulting in death, and a firearms charge.

The accusations claim that Lil Durk paid five individuals to kill Quando Rondo in 2022, as retribution for the death of King Von, who was allegedly killed by Rondo’s associate Timothy Leeks in November 2020.

Co-defendants Deandre Dontrell Wilson (OTF Dede), David Brian Lindsey (Browneyez), and Asa Houston (OTF Boogie) are also implicated alongside Durk.

Prosecutors and defense attorneys are set to discuss final motions in front of U.S. District Judge Michael W. Fitzgerald on August 13, with the trial scheduled to commence on August 20.
