In the 2025 shooting case involving Rod Wave, prosecutors have amassed over 90GB of evidence.

Rod faces 14 charges tied to an April 2025 incident in Atlanta. These include aggravated assault, firearm possession during a felony, and reckless conduct, among others.

Prosecutors disclosed on July 31 that they’ve provided Rod’s defense with over 90GB of evidence, comprising 1,900 photos and 111 videos.

The police report that an altercation led Rod to fire multiple shots outside his Milton, Georgia home, hitting several vehicles. This incident followed a burglary at his residence.

Rod has pleaded not guilty. His attorney, Drew Findling, maintains Rod’s innocence, stating the charges are baseless and expressing confidence in a favorable resolution for Rod Green.

Rod Wave’s next court appearance is set for September 28. Meanwhile, he is preparing to release his new album, “Don’t Look Down,” and will begin a tour with the same title on September 12.
