Former Migos rapper Quavo reveals he has two children, shocking fans just days after first introducing his baby daughter in a teaser for his new solo album “QRÖMELIFE”.

While listeners initially believed the Atlanta hitmaker was navigating life as a first-time girl dad, he set the record straight during an emotional conversation with Yung Miami for Spotify.

The 35-year-old artist opened up about raising both a son and a daughter, reflecting on how fatherhood has reshaped his life, music career, and personal accountability.

Quavo Reveals He Has Two Children

Speculation around the rapper’s growing family first spiked after he released a cinematic trailer for his upcoming album “QRÖMELIFE”. In the clip, footage of studio sessions and throwback Migos moments briefly cuts to a heartwarming scene featuring a baby girl. Quavo subsequently confirmed to Complex that the child was his daughter.

However, the full scope of his family life emerged during his sit-down with Yung Miami:

Yung Miami: “Is it true that you’re a father?”

Quavo: “Yes, I am a father… I have a boy and I have a girl. It’s a blessing. I’ve been waiting for that for a minute.”

Although Quavo has not publicly named the mother of his children, fans have long connected him to gymnast and model Erica Fontaine, whom he has been dating for several years.

How Fatherhood Is Changing The Atlanta Rapper

Opening up about his motivation, Quavo shared that losing his own father at a very young age deeply influences how he approaches raising his kids today.

– Being Present: “My dad died at four,” Quavo explained. “So, I just want to be present at all times. I just want to be there. I want to be the man.”

– Personal Accountability: He emphasized that parenthood requires emotional control, stating that his children shouldn’t see him frustrated when returning home from studio sessions.

– A New Musical Drive: Speaking on how fatherhood impacts his work ethic, he noted: “It brings a whole new reason why I’m doing this. It brings a new hunger, a new fire to me.”

New Era: ‘QRÖMELIFE’ Album And Tour

The fatherhood reveal comes during one of the biggest weeks of Quavo’s solo career. Executive-produced by Pharrell Williams, his new album “QRÖMELIFE” arrives with a massive roster of guest features, including Justin Timberlake, Tyler, The Creator, A$AP Rocky, Future, Lil Baby, Yung Miami, and T.I.

Notably, the project also features a long-awaited reunion track with Offset — marking their first joint release since 2022 following the tragic passing of Takeoff. Looking ahead, Quavo is also preparing to return to the stage on a major tour alongside Young Thug.
