Atlantic Recording artist YBN Nahmir has returned to share a brand new track and video for 2020.

“Wake Up,” directed by Joshua Valle, is a catchy melody that highlights not only the explosive sound that has made YBN Nahmir a star, but his capabilities as a budding musician who is just getting started.

“Wake Up” follows 2020’s earlier “Pop Like This (ft. Yo Gotti),” which was accompanied by an official music video directed by Jesse Ray Diamond. The visual, which finds Nahmir and Gotti showcasing their lyrical abilities as they alternate bars in an abandoned warehouse, is steadily becoming a hit amongst fans. The track followed “2 Seater” featuring G-Eazy and Offset, which now has over 30M streams and 7M video views to date, “Talkin,” “Fuck It Up” featuring City Girls and Tyga, and “Baby 8.”

YBN Nahmir has been on a monumental rise over the last two years. 2018 saw him make his late night television debut on Jimmy Kimmel Live! alongside G-Eazy and Yo Gotti, and he was crowned a XXL Freshman. RIAA Certified Platinum singles “Bounce Out With That” and “Rubbin off The Paint” helped drive the collective “YBN: The Mixtape” to accumulate over one billion streams, achieving RIAA-certified platinum status.
