Cardi B – who previously endorsed then-candidate Joe Biden – slammed the current president for the economy and funding wars while American cities are deteriorating.

In a new Instagram post, Cardi blasts Biden after it was announced that New York City will be forced to cut $120 million from its budget.

The 31-year old raptress began her expletive-laden rant by saying, “I’m an angry-ass b*tch right now. I’m about to go off right now, right now.”

She also prefaced her diatribe on Instagram by saying, “If something happens to me, it’s because I’m speaking the truth.”

The Washington Heights-born artist pointed out how NYC is forced to make major budget cuts due to the migrant crisis that will cost the city an estimated $11 billion over the next two years. The sweeping budget cuts will slash the NYPD force to the lowest levels in decades, drastically reduce the Department of Education’s budget by $1 billion over the next two years, trim $32 million from the Sanitation Department, and shutter public libraries on Sundays.

Cardi B proclaimed that she will never endorse any presidential candidates ever again, despite promoting Biden in 2020.

“I don’t give a f*ck, I’m not endorsing no f*cking presidents no more. Because how is that a $100 million budget cut in New York City for f*cking schools, library, police safety, and sanitation? Yet Joe Biden talking about like, ‘Yeah, we can fund two wars. We can fund two wars.’ Motherf*ckers talking about, ‘We don’t got it but we got it, like we’re the greatest nation.’ No, the f*ck we’re not. We’re going through some sh*t right now.”

New York City mayor Eric Adams has been begging Joe Biden for federal aid to help alleviate the strain on the City’s budget. So far, Joe Biden has not responded to New York City’s pleas for aid.
