Cardi B has given fans an exciting update, revealing plans to release her third studio album in less than a year.
Instead of focusing on a deluxe or remix version of her sophomore project, “Am I The Drama?”, the Grammy-winning artist is setting her sights on an entirely new creative direction for 2026.
Speaking during a recent X Spaces conversation, Cardi confirmed that the current 23-track album marks the conclusion of this era.
Addressing fan requests, she explained: “I see you guys asking for a deluxe or asking to do a remix album like Charli X[CX] or something. Unfortunately, I am not doing none of that.” Cardi later adds, “What I gave y’all is what y’all getting.”
She also teased a departure from her usual lyrical themes, joking about her hopes to be “in a better space with men” by the time the album’s writing wraps up.
However, she quickly shifted focus to the future, confirming: “I want to put out another album in less than a year.”
Currently expecting her fourth child, Cardi has plans to maintain a rigorous schedule post-birth. She’s determined to channel her energy back into “bad bitch” mode and is gearing up for a packed February 2026, when she’ll headline her first tour.
This marks a pivotal time for the rapper, who remains a dominant force in the industry. Beyond the buzz surrounding her upcoming album, Cardi has also sparked conversations online as her long-standing feud with Nicki Minaj appears to have flared up once again.
