Chris Brown has shared the official music video for his love ballad “Residuals”.
Directed by Travis Colbert, the blazing visual sees Breezy pouring his heart out to a sold-out stadium of fans.
“Residuals“ is featured on the deluxe edition of his eleventh studio album, “11:11”, released on April 11, 2024. Produced by Blaq Tuxedo and Eric Hudson, the love song and fan favorite became the highest charting single from the project.
“Who’s getting all my love?/ Tell me who … Who’s getting all my time? All of that used to be mine/ Who did you teach what I taught ya?/ Better not give him my nickname/ I don’t like thinking about it, I swear that it’s wearing me down…” Brown sings.
Elsewhere, Breezy sings the heart-wretching lyrics, “Made it clear you didn’t wanna see the sequel/ I was lying when I said the feeling’s mutual/ It took some time to realize that we’re different people/ And love is blind, I see love is blind.”
