Diddy has issued a formal statement regarding his ongoing defamation lawsuit against NBC over claims made in the documentary “Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy”.

Within the $100 million legal battle, he accuses NBC, Peacock TV, Ample Entertainment, and NBCUniversal Media of defaming his character by disseminating unsubstantiated allegations that tarnished his reputation.

Diddy has submitted a sworn statement, where he denies accusations involving several high-profile deaths and refutes other inflammatory claims presented in the documentary.

The statement, made under penalty of perjury, categorically rejects his involvement in the deaths of Kimberly Porter, Christopher Wallace (Biggie Smalls), Heavy D, and Andre Harrell. Additionally, Diddy addressed allegations suggesting he attempted to harm Al B. Sure, declaring them false.

“I was not involved in the death of Kimberly [Kim] Porter… I was not involved in the murder of Christopher Wallace [Biggie Smalls],” the statement in the filing reads.

Beyond the accusations of involvement in these deaths and murders, the statement also responds to claims of sex trafficking brought against him.

Although a jury found him not guilty of sex trafficking in July — convicting him instead on charges of transportation with intent to engage in prostitution — he refutes any connection to such acts.

He asserts that he never engaged in relationships with underage girls or used sex tapes for coercion or manipulation.

“I did not have sex with, or sex traffic, underage girls,” the sworn statement reportedly reads. “I have never used sex tapes as a means to extort or influence anyone.”

The lawsuit’s core focus lies on the alleged falsehoods and speculative conclusions featured in the documentary. Diddy maintains that these claims are damaging to his name and professional legacy, citing the film’s portrayal as misleading and defamatory.
