Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Beverly Hills mansion is officially hitting the market amid sex trafficking and abuse allegations.
The expansive 10-bedroom home, which hit the market on Sunday, is a two-story, 13,000 square foot estate on 1.3 acres, and features luxury amenities including a state-of-the-art theater, guest house, and resort-like outdoor spaces.
Marketing images show the property stands behind hedges, and with the mansion surrounding a manicured lawn. There are plenty of areas for seating al fresco — and a number of oversize windows grace the exterior.
Diddy purchased the property for $39 million in 2014, just after it had been completed by spec megamansion builder Nile Niami.
The mansion, which was raided by Homeland Security in March, will hit the market for $61 million.
Combs’ property is also said to be located on the stretch known as “Billionaire’s Row” where Kylie Jenner and Jimmy Iovine own homes. The infamous Playboy Mansion is also said to be nearby.
