Don Toliver confirms the release date for his upcoming album, “OCTANE”.

Nearly two years have passed since Don Toliver’s last album release, but his solo comeback is gaining momentum. On January 22, the Houston-based rapper, singer, and songwriter unveiled a visually striking video to announce his new project, “OCTANE”, igniting excitement among his fans.

The Cactus Jack Records artist posted the black-and-white teaser across his social media platforms, quickly sparking viral conversations. The clip opens with the phrase “From the twisted minds that brought you HARDSTONE PSYCHO,” setting an intense tone.

It then transitions to scenes featuring a woman seemingly injured in a car accident, followed by the words “Comes a new frequency…” flashing on screen. Toliver himself appears, driving a muscle car down a winding road before encountering a mad scientist in a lab coat.

The dramatic teaser concludes with the announcement that “OCTANE” will drop on January 30.

“OCTANE” marks Don Toliver’s fifth official album and is already available for pre-save on Spotify and other streaming platforms. Its lead single, “Tiramisu,” was released in September 2025, setting high expectations for the full project.

Featuring 18 tracks, the album is a collaborative effort between Travis Scott’s Cactus Jack imprint and Atlantic Records.
