Drake has addressed a longstanding rumor about an alleged incident involving a T.I. associate urinating on him, putting the speculation to rest once and for all.
The story traces back to 2015 when Meek Mill brought it to light in his diss track “Wanna Know,” claiming Drake “let Tip’s homie piss on [him] in a movie theater.”
The rumor resurfaced in 2020 when T.I. mentioned it himself on his track “We Did It Big,” where he rapped about an associate who got “so drunk in LA” that they ended up “pissin’ on Drake.”
During a recent episode of Canada’s “We Love Hip Hop” podcast on November 13, the topic came up again while the hosts were discussing Drake’s track record. One of the podcasters questioned the claim of Drizzy never having taken a loss by bringing this rumor into the conversation, asking, “Didn’t a man piss on Drake?”
Drake swiftly shut down the claims, responding in the Instagram comments to deny that such an incident ever occurred. He dismissed the story as fabrication meant to draw attention to interviews, writing: “Nuh man never pissed on me in life that story was for the net cause mans don’t have s—t to say to get their interviews watched,” the 6 God commented with the laughing emoji.
In other news, Drake is ramping up anticipation for his forthcoming album “Iceman”, his first solo project since 2023’s “For All The Dogs”.
Though its release date remains under wraps, Drizzy has been dropping hints about the album while also enjoying viral success from his cameo in a recent “The Office Movers” parody scene.
