Drake has officially released his first solo release of 2023 entitled “Search & Rescue”.

Clocking in at four-and-a-half minutes, “Search & Rescue” is produced by BNYX, SAPDONY, Wesley Curtis, OVO’s Noah “40” Shebib,” Lil Yachty and BEAUTIFULMVN, and is the full release of a cut Drizzle recently previewed on social media.

“Search & Rescue” is a pensive offering that hears the artist open up about his desires to be taken off the market in a more serious manner, with bars about the type of woman he wants to be with and what he could offer her — which he says is the world and the other planets in the universe.

Drake himself had a longstanding feud with West, which seemed to end after their joint headline performance at the “Free Larry Hoover” benefit concert in 2021. At the time of writing, neither rapper has commented on the current status of their relationship.

The single also features a sample of Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner, who can be heard talking about persevering through the struggles to end up in a happy place. The sample itself comes from the series finale of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, when she tells her mother (Kris Jenner): “I didn’t come this far, just to come this far and not be happy. Remember that.”
