New York Hip-Hop artist Eli Brady premieres his brand new single “We Up,” an upbeat, pop-melodic track produced by Qua Z Mo that comes on the heels of his debut “Too Gone.”
With lyrics such as “Yeah we up/ It’s too late for coming down/ We gon shoot for the stars/ Can’t forget who’s on the ground,” Eli states, “I wrote ‘We Up’ with the intention of getting some of the lessons I have learned through my life into a song. ‘We Up’ is about keeping yourself, and the people around you ‘up’ through rough times. It’s about how failure and setbacks can be turned into positives with the right attitude. Everyone has a story, and everyone has their own ways of handling adversity. ‘We Up’ simply reflects my thoughts and values toward difficulties in life, both past and present. The whole track is a positive message with a simple but powerful hook to get the point across. Every lyric in the song is meaningful to me and I believe there are a lot of people that will relate as well.”
When Eli began his journey with music, he quickly found a passion for creating songs. He spent hours a day educating himself on producing, writing, recording, and engineering his music all while managing being a student. After high school, he decided to prioritize his aspirations and pursue a career in music full-time.
Eli has crafted a style that is versatile and melodic while still maintaining deep and creative lyricism. Whether it be Rap, R&B or Pop, he finds a way to incorporate his unique style. Eli continues to grow and learn as an artist, writer and performer so expect more great music to come from the budding superstar. Look out for Eli’s upcoming single “Started” with New York Rapper and VH1 Love & Hip Hop star Phresher.
