Famous Dex just can’t catch a break!

According to a recent report from TMZ, the troubled rapper is back in the news after being arrested for possessing a concealed, loaded weapon in his vehicle in North Hollywood, days after he says he was robbed at gunpoint.

Dex was reportedly only a passenger in the vehicle that was pulled over by LAPD cops for not having a rear license plate. During the traffic stop, the popular Chicago rapper attempted to walk away but the cops detained him.

After a search of the car, the loaded weapon was found under the seat where Dex was sitting. Carrying a concealed weapon in California is a felony, for which the performer was booked at the LAPD Valley Jail in Van Nuys and his $35K bail set that he has not posted as of yet.

Earlier this week, Famous Dex was also in the news last week after being robbed for a borrowed $50K watch and thousands in cash in the San Fernando Valley. No suspects were ever apprehended in that robbery and it is still under investigation.
