Fivio Foreign has been arrested in New Jersey on various charges since January for allegedly threatening a woman with a gun.

In a police report, the New York rapper is accused of pointing his gun at a woman who asked for help jumpstarting her car on New Year’s Eve.

He is being held in jail in New Jersey, where the incident took place, but his attorney Adam Lustberg expects the case to be thrown out and his client to be freed.

The 34-year-old artist warned the woman while aiming a gun at her: “If I see you parked in front of this building again there is going to be a fucking problem.”

Witnesses called the police, who were able to corroborate the woman’s claims via surveillance video.

The “Big Drip” hitmaker was arrested on January 5 and hit with five charges, including unlawful possession of a weapon, terroristic threats, and aggravated assault.
