Fivio Foreign has been sitting behind bars for months after allegedly threatening a woman with a gun.

The New York rapper is reportedly pleading guilty to terroristic threats charge in hopes that he can get out of jail for probation.

TMZ reports that Fivio pled guilty to terroristic threats — threat to commit a crime of violence in the 3rd degree.

Originally facing four other charges, including aggravated assault and unlawful possession, his attorney Adam Lustberg tells TMZ those counts are expected to be dismissed in exchange for his guilty plea.

The “Big Drip” hitmaker was jailed in January 2025 for the alleged incident because he was accused of pointing a gun at a woman who inquired about getting his help to jumpstart her car on New Year’s Eve.

The troubled rapper told the woman, “If I see you parked in front of this building again there is going to be a fucking problem.”

Witnesses at the scene identified Fivio Foreign and called 911. Surveillance footage from the apartment complex reportedly backed up the woman’s version of events.

Fivio Foreign has been held in custody at a New Jersey detention center since January 18.
