GloRilla and Young Thug are reportedly back on good terms after tensions arose earlier this year due to a leaked jail phone call where Thugger made unkind remarks about the Memphis rapper, calling her “ugly.”

During an interview with Complex on December 3, GloRilla shared that the situation had been resolved and that the two have reconciled.

“We cool, we cool,” she said. “It was a funny conversation. I don’t take a lot of stuff too serious. Like, I joke, especially like if it ain’t like no death or fighting matter, nothing like that. I ain’t going to take it too serious.”

Now that the air has been cleared, GloRilla even hinted at the possibility of working with Thug in the future, saying, “We’ll see about it.”

Young Thug has been making amends for comments he made during the series of leaked calls. Back in September, another call surfaced where he mocked Glo for being compared to Rihanna, expressing that he had no interest in her.

He was quoted saying, “That bi— ugly as f—. They say she ain’t ugly, man that bi— ain’t nothing. Long a– bullsh– a– wig, skinny sh–, God damn big a– head, big mouth. … I would not pursue her, like at all… That sh– ain’t nothing.”

Following the backlash from his comments, Thug took responsibility and extended an apology to GloRilla publicly on social media platform X.

“First of all I’m sorry to u for my words and I honestly don’t think ur ugly at all, I was speaking from jail just having a hard time with life,” Thug wrote. “I don’t like bashing girls and hardly ever did.. I’m sorry to u twin.”
