Joe Budden reignited his ongoing feud with Drake earlier this month by labeling the rapper a “b*tch” after a federal judge dismissed Drake’s defamation lawsuit against Universal Music Group.

During a recent episode of The Joe Budden Podcast, Budden shared his thoughts on the news, stating that he never believed the lawsuit would have a different outcome.

“The Drake news broke about the lawsuit. To me, it’s not that important. I was never one that believed that was going to go a different way.”

Budden chimed in as Marc Lamont Hill was analyzing the lawsuit, offering his own blunt summary of the situation. He quipped, “For the people that missed it, yesterday evening, somewhere around 6 or 7 o’clock, it was finally confirmed. The news broke that Drake’s a bi*tch.”

The artist-turned-podcaster didn’t hold back while continuing to poke fun at the situation.

“The same sh– that I told y’all 11 months ago rang true yesterday at around 6 o’clock. Some tweet was going around that said Drake lost the n—a way and the white way. That was a good one. And people just started having fun with this.”

The judge ultimately dismissed allegations that Kendrick Lamar, through diss tracks such as “Not Like Us,” had accused Drake of being a pedophile. Instead, the court interpreted the exchange as simply part of an aggressive “war of words” in the competitive world of hip-hop battles. Some related claims in the lawsuit were also deemed “logically incoherent.”

Following the ruling, Budden didn’t miss the chance to troll Drake further on Instagram. He posted a photo of a tired-looking Drake on his IG Story, seemingly adding another jab to their ongoing rivalry.
