Ye has reportedly settled the sexual assault lawsuit brought against him by his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta.

Court documents filed in Los Angeles on Tuesday (July 28) reveal that the Chicago artist reached an unconditional resolution to the case, concluding the matter in full.

While specifics of the settlement remain confidential, Pisciotta’s attorney, Arick Fudali, confirmed the development to Billboard, stating: “The matter has been resolved.”

Pisciotta was employed by Ye between 2021 and 2023, initially contributing to A&R efforts for his *Donda* album before later taking on roles as his personal assistant and chief of staff for several ventures, including Yeezy.

In 2024, she filed a lawsuit alleging sexual harassment, claiming that Ye made repeated unwanted advances, sent explicit text messages, and exposed himself to her during a private flight.

The case escalated in 2025, when Pisciotta expanded her lawsuit to include additional allegations of sexual assault and sex trafficking. According to the amended complaint, Ye allegedly groped her frequently, attempted to assault her on one occasion, and forcibly performed oral sex without her consent.

The filing further accused Ye of using promises of career opportunities along with threats of retaliation to coerce her into complying with his advances.

Ye has consistently denied the allegations. This settlement brings closure to yet another in a series of legal challenges he has faced in recent years, following multiple lawsuits filed by former employees.
