After an extended period of anticipation, Kanye West has finally unveiled his new album, “Bully”.

Over the past months, Ye kept fans guessing with cryptic teases, public apologies addressing controversial remarks, and major concert announcements. The eventual release, however, followed a somewhat unconventional path.

Initially, the album debuted during a polarizing listening party livestream, leaving fans without an official streaming release — until now.

On March 28, the Chicago-born artist has officially dropped “Bully” on platforms like Spotify. However, some changes were made to the album’s lineup compared to what fans heard during the livestream.

New collaborations include Don Toliver on “CIRCLES” and Peso Pluma on “LAST BREATH,” while previously featured artists like Nine Vicious have been scrapped due to their contentious inclusion.

Familiar names such as Travis Scott, CeeLo Green, and Andre Troutman remain on the project. However, Ye trimmed the tracklist down to 18 songs, as opposed to the initially presumed 20.

Tracks like “MISSION CONTROL,” featuring The World Famous Tony Williams, and “OUTSIDE” didn’t make the final cut.

As expected from Kanye, “Bully” has sparked divided opinions. Some fans had doubted the project would surface at all, while others questioned whether it could ever meet its immense hype.

For certain listeners, it surpassed expectations, but for others, its more ambient and atmospheric production direction fell flat.

Despite mixed reviews, this likely marks just the beginning of Kanye West’s “Bully” era. With upcoming shows and performances in the pipeline, Ye has plenty of opportunities to solidify his vision and confront both his critics and inner challenges.
