Playboi Carti has officially confirmed that Kanye West will be producing his album, “I Am Music.”
During a recent Las Vegas performance, Carti said that Ye is producing the record.
“Shout out to my n**** Kanye, you know what I’m saying… He over here making beats and shit. That album gonna be crazy, I can’t wait to show y’all n*****,” Carti shared with the crowd on November 16.
The two artists have worked together on several tracks including “Off The Grid,” “Go2DaMoon” and most recently, their Grammy-nominated hit, “Carinval” featuring Ty Dolla Sign and Rich The Kid.
In addition, Carti revealed that the LP will likely not have any guest features.
While his own solo songs are making waves, his most recent collaboration with The Weeknd secured major momentum on streaming platforms.
