Kendrick Lamar‘s blockbuster album “GNX” has claimed the title of Spotify’s most-streamed rap album of 2025.

Lamar’s November 2024 release amassed a staggering 2.98 billion streams last year, outpacing Playboi Carti’s “MUSIC”, which garnered 2.16 billion streams. In third place is Tyler, the Creator’s “CHROMAKOPIA” with 1.66 billion streams, followed by Kanye West’s “Graduation” at 1.50 billion and Lamar’s own “DAMN.” recording 1.45 billion streams.

The latter half of the list is rounded out by Doechii’s “Alligator Bites Never Heal” and Travis Scott’s “UTOPIA”, both securing 1.39 billion streams, alongside Drake’s “Views” with 1.35 billion, La Flame’s “ASTROWORLD” with 1.31 billion, and Metro Boomin’s “Heroes & Villains” at 1.29 billion streams.

“GNX”, released in November 2024, marks Lamar’s move outside of TDE. The album quickly dominated the Billboard 200 charts and is now nominated for “Album of the Year” and “Best Rap Album” at the upcoming 2026 Grammy Awards.
