Latto and 21 Savage have put an end to the long-standing speculation about their relationship — and taken it a step further by announcing they’re starting a family.

The Atlanta hip-hop power duo shared the exciting news in the music video for Latto’s latest single, “Business & Personal (Intro).” The track is the leading release from her anticipated album “Big Mama”, set to debut on May 29.

The intimate visuals showcase Latto revealing her baby bump, with a tender moment spotlighting 21 Savage’s hand gently placed on her stomach. While his face remains hidden throughout the video, their connection speaks volumes.

Viewers are also treated to scenes of Latto flipping through a pregnancy scrapbook filled with childhood photos of both herself and 21. Adding another personal touch, she unveils a tattoo on her lower back: a small knife symbol identical to the one tattooed on her partner’s forehead.

On the track, Latto pours her heart into verses about her roots, resilience, and rise in the industry, while looking ahead to her new chapter as a mother.

“That b*tch at the end of the day, Maybach, that’s the Benz of the day / Car seat, got a kid on the way,” she raps with confidence.

The song transitions seamlessly from its soulful introduction to a more assertive tone over a booming trap beat reminiscent of T.I.’s iconic “24s.”

Latto seizes the moment to celebrate her success and address her critics with sharp bars like, “These bitches hating, wish that they was living in my skin / I’m in a multi-million dollar crib playing Sims / I’m backing out the Barbies, trying not to scrape the rims.” Observers couldn’t help but notice a subtle dig seemingly aimed at Nicki Minaj.

Latto even confronts whispers about whether Drake has ghostwritten for her, brushing off the rumors with: “Oh they think Crodie wrote it, (Pfft) well that’s a compliment.”

“Big Mama” marks her return following her 2024 project “Sugar Honey Iced Tea”, which debuted at #15 on the Billboard 200 with nearly 29,000 units sold in its first week

With this major life update and another monumental album on the way, it’s clear Latto is stepping into a new era, both personally and professionally.
