Lil Uzi Vert‘s critically acclaimed album entitled “Pink Tape” might earn the honor of becoming 2023’s first #1 Hip-Hop album.

According to HITS Daily Double, the 26-track effort will earn a total of 167,000 equivalent album units in its first week to end Morgan Wallen’s nonconsecutive 15-week run at #1.

Uzi’s “Pink Tape” features guest appearances from Travis Scott on “Aye,” Nicki Minaj on “Endless Fashion,” Bring Me The Horizon on “Werewolf,” Don Toliver on “Patience” and BABYMETAL on “The End,” and arrives almost three years after Uzi first announced the project.

Earlier in the week, the Pennsylvania rapper took to Instagram to tease fans that if “Pink Tape” goes #1, he will “drop [the] album [y’all] really looking for.”

It remains to be seen if Lil Uzi Vert will follow through with his promise and what project he will drop next.
