The first numbers are in.

Lil Wayne finally released his long-awaited “Tha Carter VI” on June 6. The 19-track project featured 2 Chainz, Big Sean, Kodak Black, Wyclef Jean, MGK, and many more artists.

Released via Young Money and Republic Records, Weezy’s anticipated new album is projected to sell 120-140K units in its first week of release.

Eyeing a #2 debut on the Billboard 200, the project received 14.2M streams on Spotify, first full day. The previous “Carter V” debuted with over 66M first day streams and sold 480K units first week.

The New Orleans rapper is projected to land behind Morgan Wallen, whose “I’m The Problem” is tracking toward a fourth week in pole position.
