In anticipation of his fifth studio album entitled “Let’s Start Here” via Motown Records/Quality Control Music, Lil Yachty has dropped a skit titled “Department Of Mental Tranquility” on social media to promote his project.

The thriller-style video opens with Lil Yachty entering a mysterious office of some kind, with wacky characters, jarring cinematography, and eerie narration. As the receptionist begins to badger him with a slew of questions, the waiting room full of erratic characters scream, squirm, cry and panter in distress. After accepting the treatment, Lil Yachty walks down a monochromatic hallway and into a mysterious room bathed in bright white light.

On January 17, the Grammy-nominated rapper first announced the album, revealing the title and cover art. Yachty thanked fans for their patience when pointing to what he’s billing as a “second chapter.”
