Monica recently expressed her admiration for Chris Brown, referring to him as the greatest entertainer alive.
During a recent discussion shared on Instagram, Monica took a moment to give a shoutout to Breezy while also thanking fans for their support at a recent stop on the ongoing “The Boy Is Mine” tour in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The singer then transitioned into speaking about Chris and reaffirmed her eagerness to collaborate with him.
Monica stated that she would undoubtedly work with him and emphasized that her appreciation for him comes from a genuine place. She explained that she has never approached him for collaborations or favors, making it clear her admiration isn’t tied to seeking anything in return.
“Hell yeah,” she said. “I have never asked him to do a song or anything like that. I’ve just always wanted him to know that not everybody that loves him wants something from him.”
Monica highlighted how long she has stood by Chris, supporting him through both highs and lows, before praising his exceptional talent. She described him as one of a kind, someone whose voice, harmonies, and overall artistry elevate any track, regardless of the original artist.
“I feel like he is the greatest entertainer that is left here on earth with us,” Monica continued. “There were many before him. He is just one of one. Just the sound of his voice or his harmonies or anything just instantly makes sh– better. I don’t give a damn whose song it is, he makes it better.”
She further noted that her unwavering support for Chris remains constant through all circumstances. Her admiration is rooted in loyalty and sincerity, acknowledging his unique contributions to the music industry and entertainment at large.
“He knows that my love for him is not wavering or fleeting. Chris knows that I absolutely support him, good, bad or indifferent, no matter what.”
Monica went on to commend Chris’s team and referred to his journey as being destined by a higher power. She believes his purpose is divinely guided, and everything he achieves aligns perfectly with his path.
