The record will mark YoungBoy’s first of the year and follows “Lost Files,” which just came out on December 23 as his final release of 2022. The album arrived with little warning or promotion but still managed to move 18K in its first week.

There’s no information on what to expect for “I Rest My Case” but it appears that NBA YoungBoy will be relentlessly dishing out new music throughout the year. It will be exciting to what this next chapter of his career will look like after he inked a deal with Motown Records — a subsidiary of Universal Music Group.
