NBA YoungBoy has officially claimed the title of the most RIAA-certified rapper in history, surpassing some of the biggest names in the industry with an astonishing 126 certifications.
At just 26 years old, the Baton Rouge artist has exceeded the certification totals of rap icons like Jay-Z, Kanye West, and Drake, solidifying his dominance in the genre while consistently defying traditional industry norms for releasing music.
His impressive tally of 126 plaques received a major boost with the addition of 36 new certifications in a single day. Most of these accolades are for solo singles, showcasing his ability to achieve massive success without relying heavily on collaborations.
This milestone coincides with the release of his latest project, “Slime Cry”. The 30-track album includes rare features from Jelly Roll and Burna Boy and marks his first full-length release of 2026.
With a tireless work ethic that saw him drop multiple projects last year, NBA YoungBoy’s continued momentum suggests his record-breaking achievements may soon be unmatched.
Congratulations to YoungBoy Never Broke Again on becoming the most certified rapper of all time with 126 RIAA certified titles, alongside the release of his new album “Slime Cry” today. 👏💿 pic.twitter.com/iCZvkGqyBl
