Female raptress Nicki Minaj is pregnant and wants her husband Kenneth “Zoo” Petty to attend the birth of their first child together. But Petty is a convicted sex offender and not allowed to do so.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Petty is asking a judge to modify some of the conditions of his pretrial release, which could stop him from being present for the birth including his curfew hours.
Petty is requesting the judge to allow him to travel with Nicki on business trips as her manager and be there when their baby is born. His pretrial conditions state that Petty is not permitted to travel or to leave his home outside of his curfew hours.
Now, TMZ has learned that Petty can be in the room when Nicki gives birth. A judge granted his request to tweak his pre-trial release conditions so he can travel with Nicki.
Nicki Minaj’s husband is registered as a sex offender, stemming from a 1995 New York conviction for attempted rape of a 16-year-old.
