Nipsey Hussle‘s iconic lowrider, showcased in DJ Khaled’s “Higher” music video, is set to appear at auction, with an estimated value hovering around $200,000.
Mecum Auctions, an automotive auction platform, lists Nipsey’s custom 1959 Chevrolet Impala Sport Coupe for sale on Friday, August 14, during the Monterey Car Week 2026 event in Monterey, California. The car is anticipated to sell for between $175,000 and $225,000.
This classic Impala boasts a baby blue exterior with a matching tri-tone blue interior, along with distinctive Dayton wire wheels and whitewall tires. It’s powered by a 283 cubic-inch V8 engine paired with a Turbo Hydramatic 350 automatic transmission.
The standout feature of this lowrider is its custom hydraulic suspension, allowing for the signature “dancing” movement that characterizes these vehicles.
Nipsey’s Impala received widespread attention in DJ Khaled’s 2019 music video “Higher,” featuring John Legend. The song earned Nipsey his first Grammy for Best Melodic Rap Performance in 2020. It also achieved Gold status from the RIAA and was nominated for Best Hip-Hop at the 2019 MTV Video Music Awards.
