Quavo returns to the trap on his new single, “Trappa Rappa.”

The new track marks his first official release of the year and follows a monumental 2024 for Quavo.

Directed by Hidji, the official music video displays this duality, with a split screen positioning the former Migos rapper as the polar opposite of the grime time activities on the other end of the screen — right up until they find common ground — a clever visual trick that shows the two sides aren’t as far apart as they may seem.

“She ate up the drip and she started to film it/ It was all on her chin and her lip (Aight)/ Walk in this b-tch with a ten piece, n–ga would’ve thought I was a motherf-ckin’ pimp (Pimp) Elliot, I want the craziest, I lost some pieces, I can’t even remember,” Quavo opens on the Satchamo-produced track.
