1 years ago today, the music industry mourned over the passing of veteran rapper Young Noble, a protégé of Tupac Shakur, at the age of 47.
On the morning of July 4, Noble tragically passed away from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.
The rapper was best known for his work with the Outlawz and appearances on 2Pac tracks including “Hail Mary” and the posthumous “Baby Don’t Cry (Keep Ya Head Up II).” Throughout his career, he released five solo albums and numerous collaborative projects with artists including Layzie Bone, Krayzie Bone and Dead Prez’s Stic.Man.
May he rest in peace and his legacy continue to be remembered.
