Rae Sremmurd, compromised of Swae Lee and Slim Jxmmi, have officially released their anticipated 4th studio album entitled “Sremm 4 Life”.
The brothers dropped “SR3MM” in 2018 and split for a short period thereafter, now returning to unveil their most recent 14-track project with features by Young Thug and Future.
“Sremm 4 Life” sees the siblings drop beats for the first time in 5 years. The first track, “Origami,” is a dynamic opener produced by Mike Will Made It and sets the tone for the entire record.
Over the last year, Rae Sremmurd continued to build anticipation for “Sremm 4 Life”. They delivered a slew of singles including “Denial,” and “Community D**k” featuring Flo Milli. By the end of 2022, they closed out with “Torpedo” produced by Sonny Digital and most recently dropped off “Sucka Or Sum.”
This marks the fourth chapter in the “SremmLife” series, which began in 2015. It was followed by 2016’s “SremmLife 2” and 2018’s triple album “SR3MM”.
“The album is gonna make you laugh, dance, it might make some people cry,” Swae Lee told RapTV. “It’s a feel-good album and it’s got heavy 808s. It’s a turnt-up album. It’s the original Sremm Life formula. Lyrics is crazy. We singing off-the-wall shit, we not just rhyming.”
