Rakim has released a new self-produced single, “A Different Kind.”

Hip-Hop legends Rakim, Kurupt, and Masta Killa have joined forces for this track, which is the first single and video from their eagerly awaited collaborative album, “The Godbody,” set to launch on September 18.

This release marks a pivotal moment in Rakim’s illustrious career as it’s his first solo, self-produced track in fifteen years. Fans can expect an intimate exploration of his artistry, with Rakim being hailed as one of the most influential voices in hip-hop.
