Though summer hasn’t officially arrived, tensions are already rising — not with the temperature, but between Rick Ross and Uncle Murda, who are locked in a heated exchange.

The feud recently took a turn when a fan snapped a picture of Rick Ross at the airport, waiting for a commercial flight. The image starkly contrasts the lavish, private-jet lifestyle Ross often flaunts, and it quickly became fodder for criticism, drawing remarks from both fans and detractors alike.

Seizing the moment, Uncle Murda threw shade at Ross online, but Rozay didn’t hold back. He fired back with a video, keeping their social media war alive and thriving.

He told people not to respond to those “not in your tax bracket,” adding that he still does so because “it’s so entertaining.”

“When you got n*ggas with bad skin like Uncle Murda who happy to be making n*ggas cheeseburgers on the road, and you got another n*gga going through trauma like 50 [Cent],” said Ross.

He appeared to indirectly criticize 50 Cent by referencing Daphne Joy, the mother of 50’s son, who was recently linked to a leaked sex tape involving Diddy and a male escort.

“And then I use these n*ggas to promote my car show.”

At the same time, Murda wasn’t one to overlook the taunts. He posted a video showing himself being driven through the airport on his way back to New York.

“We ain’t high like Rick Ross in the airport, neither,” he said, before adding, “Let’s go Knicks!”

It’s evident that these two, along with others, are unlikely to resolve their conflict in the near future. Ross isn’t the first rapper to travel on a commercial flight, and he certainly won’t be the last.
